My name is Anniek. I spent years working as a marketing manager for a multinational until I hit rock bottom with a burnout in 2019.
Looking back, I realize that my burnout wasn’t just about my job; it was largely due to how I was handling my work. My inner saboteurs were in the driver’s seat.
Fortunately, I’ve tackled them. After years of diving into therapy, coaching, and stacks of self-help books, I discovered the Positive Intelligence method. WOW! Within 6 weeks, I learned to recognize and intercept those negative voices in my head. My inner wisdom finally wasn’t drowned out by all those pesky saboteurs.
“This is the key!” I thought, and immediately pursued certification as a PQ coach so I could help others. This is what excites me—seeing you realize that you are not your thoughts, and finally reconnecting with your true self.

Saboteurs are the voices in your head that generate negative emotions as you navigate life’s everyday challenges. They are automatic and habitual thought patterns that work against you, each with its own voice, beliefs, and assumptions.
The question is not whether you have them, but which ones you have and how strong and present they are. They are universal—transcending cultures, genders, and age groups—because they are linked to the brain functions focused on survival.
We all develop saboteurs early in childhood to cope with the threats we encounter. As we mature into adulthood, we no longer need these saboteurs, but by then they have become invisible, permanent residents of our minds…

Weekly focus
An hour-long video each week that deeply explores the focus of that week. These sessions are designed to inspire and energize you, keeping you motivated to practice throughout the week and maintain the benefits.
3x 60-Minute 1:1 Coaching Sessions:
Every other week, you’ll have a one-hour individual coaching session where we tackle your specific challenges, zoom in on key topics, and weaken your saboteurs while addressing issues from the energy of your inner sage.
Community support

While I understand that joining a group can feel vulnerable, it is also one of the factors that makes the program so powerful. The group provides accountability and support. Moreover, research shows that this is a crucial element in forming lasting habits.

I ask that you set aside 15 minutes each day for the program. In addition, there is a one-hour video each week, and we will meet as a group for one hour. Every other week, we’ll have a one-hour one-on-one session.
This might sound like a significant time investment, but to bring about real change, you need to train. Just like you wouldn’t go to the gym once and expect a six-pack, the same applies to your mind!
